Monarch commissioned a group of talented Magic: the Gathering Judges to write and edit the Multiplayer Supplemental Tournament Rules and Multiplayer Supplemental Infraction Procedure Guide. These documents are the governing policy at Monarch's events, and are free for others to use in their Multiplayer Mode tournaments.
